What are short-term rentals, and how do they differ from traditional hotels?
Short-term rentals properties refer to accommodations that are rented for shorter durations, typically on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. They often provide more space, privacy, and a home-like environment compared to traditional hotels.

What types of properties do you offer for short-term rentals?
We offer luxurious and affordable short-term rental properties and accommodations ranging from Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, 4BR, Villas.
Can I book a holiday home for just one night or is there a minimum stay requirement?
We have a minimum stay policy of two nights.
How do I make a reservation?
To confirm your stay with us you will be provided a contract by dedicated GRE and you will need to make an advance payment of 30% of the total amount balance amount to be paid one week before check in date.
Are your holiday homes fully furnished and equipped?
All our holiday apartments in Dubai are fully furnished and well equipped with daily needs items, in case of any other specific item, a request can be placed to your Guest Relation Executive (GRE), if available we will provide you upon request.
Do you provide housekeeping services during the stay?
Housekeeping services can be provided upon request subjected to availability and additional charges.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11am, early check-in & late check-out can be provided depending on the availability of the apartment/villa.
Do you offer airport transfers or transportation services?
Yes, we do provide airport transfers upon request and on additional charges basis.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
All bookings once made are non-refundable & non amendable.
Are pets allowed in your holiday homes?
Pet Policies depends on the building, if the building management allows pets, we would love to host your little furry animal.
To be Noted: Security Deposit in such case will vary.
Is there a security deposit required, and how is it refunded?
Security deposit is mandatory, it has to be paid before check-in, it will be refunded in 7-14 working days after check out.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays or repeat guests?
Yes, we do provide discounted rates for longer stays and repeated guests.
Can I add extra guests to my reservation and is there an additional fee for it?
In case of any extra guest, if you need additional bedding then there will be an extra cost involved.
What is the procedure in case of an emergency or maintenance issue during my stay?
You will be provided a dedicated 24×7 Guest Relationship Executive. In case of any emergency, you can contact them directly and we will find a solution for any issue occurred.
Do you offer concierge services or assistance with booking activities and tours in Dubai?
We can assist you planning your vacation to Dubai, payments to be made fully to confirm your bookings.
Can I extend my stay if I decide to stay longer than originally booked?
To extend your stay please inform us in advance, the apartments are subjected to availability.
How far in advance should I book my stay in your holiday homes Dubai?
We advise you to book your stay in advance to avoid any last moment surprises or price increments.
What is the check-in and check-out process?
We will either appoint a GRE for assisting you at the time of check-in or we will provide you the access code of the apartment’s door for the access of the apartment and once you finalize the apartment, you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the apartment. You can check in any time of the day respective of our standard check-in time i.e., 3 PM.
As per local UAE laws, we will need a copy of your passport before arrival. We will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. Our apartments are legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.
Check-out time & Penalty: Please be noted that the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any checkout later than 11:00 AM without 48-hours prior-notice will be subjected to half day charge. As we have limited time to prepare for the next guest, we want to make sure we deliver our apartment in the best quality possible and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the check-out time and remain fair to the next guests.
What are the key return policies?
All the keys must be returned at the time of departure. Failure to do so may incur a replacement fee per key and lock. In case of lost key, you will be charged separately.
